The Best Of….
With 18 published Fredericton Word newsletters in the past year, we had hits and misses….
Here are the newsletters I am most proud of:
Most Read (over 6700 views!):
The Report of Its Death is Greatly Exaggerated
Most Positive Feedback:
Jon Holt’s Dad Club article got the most positive reaction this year and deservedly so: Dignity. Drums. Dad's
My Favourite Interview:
This one was a tough decision. A fledgling newsletter writer reached out to his idols and local people he admired, and the gracious Fredericton famous celebrities always provided their time to answer my questions. James Mullinger was my first interview for my very first newsletter, and I will be forever grateful for his time, but my favourite interview was Terry Seguin in A Battle Worth Fighting. A professional interviewer answering my questions? Surreal.
The Intro issue:
January 1st, 2024 was my first newsletter, it was an introduction of what I was hoping to accomplish. I failed at keeping up a biweekly pace, and I failed at keeping up all the recurring articles (RIP Brews News) but overall I think I did well at keeping the spirit of what I was hoping to achieve. The First Word
